Criminal Record: Wet Signature

You need a clean criminal record from Turkey (Adli Sicil Kaydı). While e-Government (e-Devlet) offers a digital version with a barcode, the Portuguese Embassy often rejects this.

You should go to the Courthouse (Adliye) to get a physical document with a wet signature and stamp. Then, get it Apostilled by the District Governor (Kaymakamlık) and translated by a sworn translator.
