National Vaccination Plan (PNV)

Portugal has one of the world's highest vaccination rates. The National Vaccination Plan (PNV) is free for all residents, including foreigners. It covers vaccines for Tetanus, Measles, Hepatitis B, and more.

To enroll children in school, their vaccination bulletin (Boletim de Vacinas) must be up to date. You can update foreign records at your local health center; just bring the original documents from your home country.
