Driving with a Turkish License
You can drive in Portugal with your Turkish license for only 185 days after obtaining residency. After this period, driving with it becomes illegal.
You must initiate the exchange process (Troca de Carta) at IMT within this window. Portugal and Turkey have an agreement, so you usually don't need to take a driving test if you act on time.
